Job Summary

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities while fostering strong relationships with existing clients. Working remotely, you’ll need to be self-motivated, passionate about building customer relationships, and ready to travel as needed to meet business goals. You’ll leverage your sales expertise to make cold calls and send emails, with qualified leads provided to support your efforts, to drive PureAire’s presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect and generate leads through cold calls, emails, and networking, while also pursuing provided leads to drive regional sales growth.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored gas detection solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients in industries like semiconductor manufacturing to identify opportunities for PureAire’s monitoring systems.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring consistent follow-up and customer satisfaction.
  • Use CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) to track your sales activities, manage pipelines, and report progress.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in gas detection technology.
  • Travel as needed to meet clients, attend trade shows, or participate in industry events.

Qualifications

  • You have proven 5+ years of experience in sales
  • You’re self-motivated with a “hunter” mentality and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • You excel at building customer relationships, focusing on trust and long-term partnerships.
  • You’re willing to travel as needed to support sales activities.
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the semiconductor tool manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of gas detection systems or electrical engineering gives you an edge.
  • You possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • You thrive working independently in a remote environment while staying accountable and disciplined.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.

  • This is a fully remote position with travel as required.

Job Summary

The Production Assembler/Tester plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by assembling, programming, calibrating, and testing gas detection monitors to ensure they meet established quality and performance standards. This position requires strong technical aptitude, precision soldering skills, and the ability to interpret schematics and assembly documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining accurate records while working safely and efficiently in a team-driven production environment.

Key Responsibilities and Duties 

  • Use a variety of hand and power tools, fixtures, and test equipment
  • Follow work instructions to correctly assemble, program, and set up monitors
  • Gas calibrate and test all monitors
  • Complete and fill out technical data, instrument records, and equipment serial number records.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Any other duties as assigned by management

Knowledge/Skills

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Proficient in Surface Mount (SMT) and through-hole soldering techniques (Hand Soldering, Rework)
  • Able to read and interpret production schematics, assembly drawings, and wiring diagrams
  • Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Organized individual with attention to detail
